Disappointing Nonstick Performance
If you are searching for a reliable nonstick dosa tawa, Stahl’s offering might not live up to your expectations. Despite the brand’s claims of a nonstick surface, my experience with the Stahl dosa tawa has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The dosa batter sticks stubbornly to the surface, resulting in torn and uneven dosas. Repeated attempts with varying heat and oil levels did not yield any improvement.

Best pan
Bought this to US after friend suggestion, normally I had to get dosa pan every 2 years from India, very frustrating, but this dosa pan is high quality, its similar to Hex clad but low price, cooks evenly, dosa doesn’t stick to pan, cleans easily. After this pan I bought 2 more items from Stahl, hopefully amazon gets round flat chapathi pan soon on site which available on stahl website

Made dosa but it didn’t come out good… it didn’t roast means it dint get the colour

People are uploading incorrect videos about this product. Thin Dosa also turn out fine.

Dosa , chilla everything sticking to bottom n even can wash it properly
Its not non stick at all .. plus too much costly.. not worth it … even i cant make a single cutlet neatly not omlet …. Worst product ever ..i just need my mony back
