It comes ready to mount, you just need to provide the screws.

Q: is this a frame around the edge, or beveled glass?

Beveled glass. Beware of this item, I ordered it, it arrived broken, I had to repackage it and send it back, which was a nightmare, and the replacement arrived smashed.

Q: Can you rotate the orientation when you hang it on the wall?

D-rings are affixed to the back of the mirror so it is ready to hang right out of the box in either a horizontal or vertical orientation!

Q: can you use command adhesive hooks for the small one

We recommend using the proper screws & attachments in your wall material. We cannot guarantee that Command hooks would work
