Q: About how long until you feel less stress after you take it regularly?

I started taking this product for a few reasons but the first one was because of stress and I just felt like crap all the time. I did notice within a few days that my mood was better and I was feeling relaxed. I have to be careful taking this because I have a underactive thyroid and I take medication for it. During my research I found that the reason for my weight gain may be due to Cortisol and this product may help to reduce that. What I discovered was I actually really felt better as far as energy and mood and I also lost weight and that was Awesome! I slept better as well. My thinking/memory is better, my appetit is better, as for the weight loss I had tried everything to lose weight but instead like clockwork I would gain weight every single month so this was a big relief to see I actually lost weight. The only downside of taking this product and it may just be because of my thyroid meds/condition is I did have very loose stools it may have been I was taking too much so I have reduced the amount and it seems to be working out better. I hope this helps someone.

Q: Does this help with sleep?

Ashwagandha help improve sleep for some people and interferes with it for others... like me. I learned to take it early in the day for that reason.

I spend more on this brand because its reputable not from china and the product works exceptionally well.

Great for your overall health

I use these pills to reverse adrenal fatigue (excess of cortisol due to stress) that was causing me hair loss. After taking these pills I’ve seen less hairs in the shower, and my hair is growing back.
