great design, better quality
We bought this for our newly built house to put in our laundry room to fill our dog water bowl. I love the design of it & the cross handles as opposed to others with just a single arm.When we first got water to the house, the 'elbow' did leak a little, but I think that was just the overall new pressure coming to the faucet. Ever since, it's worked perfectly & we really do love it!When I first noticed the leak, I reached out to customer service from the store, and they were extremely helpful and even agreed to a replacement - even though it was past the Amazon return date. When I went to document the issue, that's when we noticed it was actually working just fine & not leaking at all! I appreciate their help and quick replies throughout the process.

Nice unit
I had an issue with my first unit I purchased, a weak section in the bracket cause the unit to not sit straight. Because I didn’t install the unit until months after receiving it so I was concerned about the warranty. The company/seller has been amazing to deal with. They have been helpful every step of the way and I now have a brand new unit. I’m excited to install the replacement unit as it is really nice and added a great touch of black and function to the kitchen.

Hübsch aber nicht gerade qualitativ
Leider lässt es sich an der Wand nicht gut befestigen, da es keinen Schraubverschluss hat. Somit hängt es nach einer gewissen Zeit etwas und ist leider auch nicht ganz dicht. Ich finde es hübsch aber wir werden uns ein anderes hochwertigeres Produkt besorgen

cheap, but adequate
We just did a kitchen remodel and wanted a pot filler. It does not come with an extender to take it from inside the wall to outside of the tile. You kinda have to piece together the plumbing. And our plumber said it is low quality and we would never be able to find parts to fix it. But for the price we could replace it 6 times before we have spent the price of a well-known brand. So we went for it. It works fine. I imagine it will last a long time as I usually fill my pots with hot water from the sink to get a head start on boiling water.
