Good stuff!
This is the equivalent to a low carb molasses and tastes great with peanut butter. If you like and miss molasses, this is for you. Yummy stuff.

Good tasting
So when I saw a low glycemic sweetner that is also like a prebiotic I had to try it. The flavor reminds me of ube a little. It's not super sweet but does the job. Using this instead of agave nectar for a bit.

Good but you MUST aquire a taste for this!
This stuff is good IF you pair it with the right thing, use the right amount, AND allow yourself to aquire a taste for it! It smells and tastes kind of like molasses. BUT I literally have had to keep trying this stuff over and over again, a little bit at a time, and mixed with different things because the aftertaste is so strong and it can be a bit of a shock to your taste buds.Do your research on the natural sweetness level that this syrup contains. I believe it's like 200 to 300 times sweeter than regular sugar (BUT ITS NATURAL AND HEALTHIER), which is why it has an aftertaste. Be open to trying it several different times and allowing your taste buds time to adjust to such a different taste. I mix it with peanut butter and cinnamon and LIGHTLY drizzle it on hot waffles!

Great benefits with this and keeps digestion moving.
It definately works to keep your digestion moving. Better than taking lots of fiber. I've been using it in my coffee. There isn't a noticeable taste. It does say to use a teaspoon but I have cut back to a half teaspoon. I never knew about this product until I read an article on it.

Do not like the taste
I started following Dr. S. Gundry and am trying hard to loose weight, eat better, avoid lectins. One of the things he recommends is this Syrup instead of Maple Syrup because it has a super low glycemic index and won’t raise your blood sugar much.I have to admit I was eager to try it and was excited when I got it. After trying the tee ist bit of it I just can’t imagine how anyone would put that on a pancake, flour of alternative “flour”. I can’t stand the taste. I waited a few days and decided to try again because often I need to try tho bf a a couple time until I like it but the second time was even worse.Maybe the rating is unfair because this is simply based on MY taste buds, which doesn’t make it a bad product. I guess, try it for yourself. Great that Amazon has such an awesome return policy and you can return it if you hate it. I waited too long so now I’m just trying to use it up in baking with nut flours instead of Monkfruit or Xylitol sweetener.

Not really a good sweetener for tea
I’m looking to reduce my sugar consumption because I drink a lot of green tea. I’ve read a lot about yacon and decided to try it. I’m not sure if my dissatisfaction is with the syrup in general or this brand in particular, but this one is thinner than I would expect a syrup to be and not really sweet. When I first tasted it on a spoon I thought it had some sweetness to it with a bit of a flavor I can only describe as similar to a lychee. Not really molasses as others describe it. But not off-putting. I first tried a half teaspoon in herbal tea but it didn’t add any sweetness. If anything I thought it was bitter. But the next morning I tried a teaspoon in some green tea. Not only was it still not sweet, it again was strangely bitter with a kind of extra weird flavor. It ruined a perfectly good cup of tea!I’m sorry I can’t return it. It’s turned out to be an expensive mistake trying it. I’ll stick to honey or maple syrup and just use less! Trying to live healthier but not happier isn’t a bargain!
