I have been self-employed, working out of my home office, for over 25 years. So I have to provide my own office supplies with no employer to buy them for me. I go through a lot of pens in my work. I've tried about 25-30 different pens over that time and none have come close to the performance of these pens. Flawless performance - write first time, every time. No drying up, they write on almost anything, and they can even write vertically like on a list posted on a board or fridge without having to take the list down and put it on a dry, horizontal surface to write on it, like you have to do with all other pens I've tried. They are hard to find; even office supply stores don't carry them anymore. I can only find them here on Amazon. They're expensive, but worth it! They're expensive compared to regular pens that don't write inverted. But compared to other pens that write inverted, plus they add features worthless to me like able to write in space or underwater, these are far cheaper.I feel like I should hoard a bunch of them since it seems all the best products get discontinued. But even the ink in these great pens will eventually dry out, so it's not a good idea to stockpile them. All inks, dyes, paints, etc. have a limited useable life span. Just have to hope that I can continue to find them here.

This is my go-to pen of all time! I like to do crossword puzzles in bed before I go to sleep, and I had trouble with other pens not writing at that angle. These pens are perfect. They write every time, and the ink lasts a long time. I have them sitting all over the house and carry them in my purse. They write right away - you don't have to shake them or scribble a bit to get them started. I've reordered them more than once. The only criticism I would have is the clip is a bit awkward and in the way of a smooth hold. Wish the on/off clip was shorter or not there at all; maybe just a push down on/off from the top of the pen.

These pens are great in that they always write on whatever surface I seem to write on. They also don't immediately smear as some of the gel pens do. Also, they are cheap enough that I don't care if someone steals them.

These pens are great. I originally purchased them for signing Geocaching logs that are often damp to wet. And one is often writing at odd angles in the field while signing logs. These things write on just about anything and at any angle. We now use them for everyday use in our house. The price is good for the product quality and versatility.

Reliable pens. Maybe not the smoothest writer. Maybe not the fanciest pen that is a joy to use and makes your heart sing. But it's so darn reliable. If it's rainy, if it's freezing, if I'm gonna need to write on a surface that is less than ideal, or I'm going to need to write at an odd angle (writing upside down or using a vertical surface to write on), this pen is my best shot at being able to make it work.It may not be the pen I reach for when I'm sitting at my desk in ideal writing conditions. But it's the pen I reach for on my way out the door, when I don't know when I'll need to make a note of something in less than ideal conditions.
