Excellent HP Color Laser Printer
Product provide me results as described by HP Store. Excellent photo printer, documents and others. Highly recommended if anyone required perfect HP Laser Printer with good price.

am not satisfied with the product
(The cartridge unit comes with the machine )After 10 or 12 prints, the black print appears with only 2 % visibility, which is not at all clear. In the colour prints, some colors are either less visible and some not visible at all, In that any black shade it will come out like some blank shade. Overall, this unit is not worth the amount spent and wastes time and money.

Misleading. It's not duplex. Faulty printer
Misleading description.This is not duplex printer. Printer doesn't print both sides automatically. Have to manually remove and reload and is cumbersome.Printer stopped working few days. Seller was not cooperative. When contacted HP we found that this item's warranty was activated several months before we purchased it. Which means it was sold to someone before and was returned after found faulty.Amazon intervened and resolved the issue.
