I used this after a bad upper respiratory infection and it did wonders to clear the mucus and lessen the cough. Great relief also noted for chronic constipation issues. This bamboo is amazing!

My alternative M.D. recommended this to clear up bronchitis for my daughter and pneumonia for me after antibiotics from regular M.D. didn't quite do the job. We took 3 pills 3 times a day for 5 days and it completely cleared up lingering problems. We also take it when we feel like we are coming down with something. I highly recommend keeping some on hand.
