Took me a minute to figure out how to put it on my wheelchair but once I did it works perfectly I think I put it on back wards but still good

Buckle won't unlock
Received this item a few days ago. Installed on wheelchair. After a few days of use, the buckle would not unlock. The red button you press to release it was pushed all the way down, and it was clear the mechanism was broken. I had to unravel the adjustable end all the off the buckle end to get my child out of the wheelchair. I have purchased this item twice before and never had this problem before.

Make sure you measure your seatbelt before you order
It’s a seat belt it’s great it does what it supposed to do just make sure you measure it so you get the right length remember to measure you in the chair you need a seatbelt for and it’s a great product
