My AC width is 125cm total and 115cm just where the air flow is. Will this fit?

The classic split ac air deflector is adjustable from 65cm to 110 cm. If the length of the part where the air flows is 115 cm then probably like 2cm in both ends will be uncovered. Actually, we installed like this in some units and so far it works. Probably you can adjust it to which side should be priority to be covered.

Can i control the air direction where ever i want up or down???

Yes, airflow can be adjusted up or down.
