Initially, I had issues with boot up, but they sent me a new one, and I have had a great time using this device. For 300 bucks, it has good value and works for all my needs. I use this for emails, making presentation, and occasionally gaming.

Very nice laptop. Delivery was fast and well packaged. Battery is good and the device is working well. I've been using the devise for a few weeks now and I am very happy with it. I would recommend this purchase.

Worked well for a few months now the slightest movement including TYPING also plugging in or out makes the screen go out for 2 seconds. Worst Amazon purchase ever and that's saying something

So, before I get into the one issue I had with the machine, I want to preface this by saying for the price, this is an amazing deal on a really, really solid computer. I got the i7 T480s and it arrived in an original box with an original charger. The bottom of the chassis has a bit of wear, but otherwise, it's physically flawless and very solid. Performance is excellent without question. Exactly what I expected for the specs and better than I expected for the specs on a slightly older PC. All features work as designed, touchscreen is fine (though I don't really use it so I don't have much to say about it), and screen itself, keys, and trackpad are in great shape. All ports work and charger and charging function works excellent.The one big issue:The laptop arrived with a half-dead battery--not purposefully, I'm sure, as I couldn't even tell it was bad until after using it for a week or so and realizing that it was much deader than it should have been when I would open it up at work. I tried a few quick fixes, updating drivers, turning off the auto-charger port in the BIOS, and other settings tweaks, but nothing worked, so I went ahead and ordered a new battery. If I had noticed the problem earlier I might have returned it, but by that point I really liked the computer, so a $45 battery didn't seem bad. I switched them out a few days ago and it charges and holds the charge perfectly with the new battery so it was ultimately a super easy, if mildly inconvenient, fix.Overall, despite the battery problem, this laptop is perfect for what I needed it for: a well-performing portable laptop to bring to work sometimes and use in bed/on the couch so I don't have to unplug my giant, heavy MSI monstrosity from my desk ever. That said, if you're not competent with low-difficulty computer repairs, I would definitely be careful to check out the battery performance before you get too set up on the PC.

Looked very clean. Most keyboards that I have used so far has worked flawlessly. Seller helped a lot to troubleshoot in getting fingerprint reader configured and getting it to work. It turned out fingerprint reade and windows 11 don't play well together even though driver is specifically is made for windows 10 and 11. Once the issue was diagnosed, seller offered 10 percent refund or return for a full money back refund. I like to emphasize sellers effort in customer satisfaction.

I bought this renewed Lenovo ThinkPad at a fabulous price. It's in a super like new condition. Very easy to set up. I was able to download all my powerful design programs without a problem. This was a wonderful find. THANK YOU!!!

Overall, everything is good, but my speakers don’t work properly and laptop itself sometimes makes annoying noise. Wanted to refund but after reading the terms decided not to, because you will not get full refund as I understood
