Athletico Hockey Backpack - Large Backpack to Carry Hockey Equipment Including Skates

Used for a coaches bag, very good quality and very roomy

I got this for reffing. This is perfect. You can NOT fit a whole set of player gear in it, but to keep skates, shin pads, clothes, water bottles, and a helmet, it is perfect! You could use this for pond hockey gear, likely be able to fit gloves, skates, helmet, shin pads, elbow pads, and some spare clothes for sure. You could maybe get shoulder pads in there if they are not too bulky but I don't know.

Holds my skates, helmet, and gloves no problem. Probably could fit shin guards, but I only have that much gear to take my son to stick & puck practice. Managed to fit his helmet, mine, and his skates in it for free skate practice. Probably could fit his whole set of kid's gear in it, but I doubt I could fit a full set of adult sized gear in it.The skate guards didn't fit on my adult skates, but the did fit on my kid's skates, so no worries.

Great size for his equipment and unlike other hockey backpacks, this one is still a manageable size for him to carry. Was uncertain of the brand before buying, but love the backpack after using a few weeks.

This bag was amazing and a good price. It fit all of my daughter’s roller hockey gear. The side pockets for the skates fit them perfectly and she loved the additional pockets where she could store her personal items. The bag held up great the entire season and is super easy to lug around since it can be worn like a backpack. I would highly recommend this bag.

We couldn’t get roller bags because we are on the second floor and they need to climb up and down many steps . With this bag they can carry their own equipment comfortably.

I saw someone complain that it's not big enough for full gear. While this is true, that reviewer missed the point. The bag is for those who aren't packing shoulder pads or heavy pants, which is why its perfect for the pond, for coaching and for reffing. My friend uses his for roller hockey. I could use mine for that as well, but I love it as my ref bag. There is plenty of storage including specific spots for two water bottles. I use one for a bottle and the other for 2-3 pucks when needed. I highly recommend this one especially when you compare it to the Bauer one that's twice as much and has a flimsy skate picket that leaves your most expensive piece of gear exposed.UPDATE: Still using it and it still works gr8 where other bags have failed.
