Does it have gmrs channels?

Here in the United States these radios are not type accepted by the FCC to transmit on any frequencies outside of the 2m and 70cm amateur radio bands. So while these radios can be programmed with various public safety, marine channels, frs, gmrs, murs et al, you legally cannot transmit on them as you would be breaking the law and subject to $20,000 fine. However you can program any frequency as long as its in the range of this radio so you can listen to but no transmitting unless legally authorized to do so.
