It's really great. Once you figured it out you can experiment using it for toes or directly on your Achilles heels. The only minor issues is if you have big, defined calves like I do, you need to makes sure it is turned off when you start positioning your leg because the largest part of your calf will not fit, and if you are trying to force it in when it's already grinding you can hurt yourself. Also, this latter is a lot easier if you lay down and put the machine under your calves (instead of trying to do the same while sitting in a chair).That being said, it clearly works in a way that it won't crush your muscles, yet it provides excellent pressure and kneading to make any leg pain to go away.

This product does a wonderful job. The massage is great and several different ways of using it. Heaven! Delivery was prompt and nothing damaged or missing. I would recommend this to anyone with tired and aching feet and calves.

I have gone to a masseuse and chiropractor to reduce the pain on my calves. It is painful everything I have gone. However, it has become expensive. I decided to invest in something that massages my calves. I am loving this machine!I have had this machine a little over a week. I have done like 8 sessions on this machines. I have place it in different angles when massaging my calves. This is nice!Looks like there is only one type of pressure. However, since my calves are quite large the pressure is almost perfect. I wish I could increase the pressure a bit more.In regards to the effectiveness, it is easy to use and has reduce pain on my calves. Its a good investment. I love it!

I did not find a remote control in the box, but the unit is easy enough to operate. Like many massagers, initially it is a little painful until you find the correct foot placement. That being said once you get used to it, it actually makes your feet feel better. I haven't tried it on my arms, and only once on my calves. While my feet are enjoying the massages, I will have to acclimate my calves. :-0 The stand is easy to operate also and the unit can be easily carried to whatever destination you like. The buttons are quick to respond and easy to reach. I am very happy with this purchase.

it gets a little warm not hot. but then again so far i dont want my feet to sweat while using it. the massge is magnificent. you can put your foot in so the part under toes gets it or more in so middle of foot gets it. my feet are big size 13 i cant put them. pusehd all the way in for ankles. it goes forward and reverse. i like reverse better. after 15 min. your feet feel new. if you have foot pain or stand all day this is a must. love it. even got one for my folks. the remote only works if you have it right in front of it aimed at it iike sitting in chair leaned over right in front of it so gives you a couple inches vs leaning all the way over to push the buttons.

Was really excited for this, despite the reviews I read about the heating element being really wishy washy… The one I got indeed does not have a working heating element :/ I tried to return it, but they refunded my money and told me to keep it. The massage part of the machine is actually really nice. It is very firm, but not too hard. Works on both your feet and your calves, though if you have thicker legs, it might be an issue. Larger machine, but very light and easy to move around. For as big as it is, it’s pretty compact. With all that said, I would not buy this again.

I got this because my knee was actually hurting. My knee went out back in January and it took me six months to go to the chiropractor. At the chiropractor, he told me that the problem was not my knee but it was my ankle. The year before, I had fallen down my stairs and landed on my ankle and I had been babying that ankle ever since. The chiropractor had a physical therapist massage my ankle and I was surprised to find that the pain stopped instantly and I was able to walk out of the building pain free. Surprised, I started looking for massage solutions so I would not have to suffer again. I found this. To use it on my ankle, I put it on my footrest and let it do it’s thing. After two months of use, my ankle has finally stopped popping in and out of place and I’ve had no knee pain since.So the good and the bad… the base of this has a bunch of stationary massage balls (like on those massaging sandals) and one big massage ball in particular that moves. The big massage ball is useless to me when I do my ankle and I have to angle my feet to avoid it. I have very sensitive feet so it’s not very comfortable to sit at a weird angle for 15 minutes, and I can’t feel the heat element the way I use this, but my husband loves that part. He uses this every day to massage the soles and the sides of this feet. The heat element works well for him.You can also angle this to work on your calves and then the ball comes in handy.If the developers are reading this, my suggestion for the next model would be to have the heat come from the sides as well as the bottom. That would give an even better massage. Also, if you could make the adjustable ball retractable or have a stationary switch, that would make it perfect for me.All in all, I would totally buy it again just for what it does for my ankle. If you have knee problems, ankle problems or calf problems, this machine can take care of it.
