Great Refurbished and Works Well
I bought this to replace my old one which is exactly the same. I was glad to find it at a good price. It arrived quickly from Amazon in 2 days and it works well! Thanks for a great job refurbishing it. It looks new. I want to add I'm happy to be able to transfer my VHS tapes to DVD again!

DVD will not open ALL. Unable to do ANYTHING!!
We hooked the VCC/DVD as soon as we received it . The DVD tray would not even eject to put a DVD in the machine. I am NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT!! We bought it it to transfer our older tapes to discs format! I would like to return immediately for replacement of DHS/VCR!!

This company is a fraud.
Nothing about this worked. There is internal blockage making it impossible to insert a VHS tape. The DVD tray only stays open for three seconds before automatically closing and had a thick layer of dust inside. And the entire unit shuts off after six seconds even if the power button is continuously pressed. The company also does not respond to any phone calls as their own paperwork recommends. Absolutely horrible for paying over $600. I will be returning this product! I gave it a 1 star rating since zero wasn't available.

Saved our memories!
When our Magnavox combo player aged out, there was no way to save our family VHS tapes. So pleased to have found this one so we now have the chance to record these tapes onto DVDs. Some of these tapes are over 20 yrs old and the quaity of the copies are outstanding. Hard to believe this is a refurbished product, it's like new! So grateful!
