Great for baking keto bread
This is weird stuff, but exactly what you need as one of the ingredients when making keto bread. It is ridiculously light in texture and flies all over the place when you take it out of the packet if you are not careful! Nonetheless, it does it job and keto bread turns out lovely!

Best Oat Fibre
As a T1Diabetic I use this as one of the main ingredients in my low carb muffins, bread, pizza.I can confirm this is a very pure product, I`ve never seen any unexpected spikes in blood sugar from eating this.I wish it was cheaper because I consume a lot of this in a week !! but I don`t think you will find a better oat fibre product. My flaxseed/oat fibre/egg white bread is exceptionally good using this oat fibre.

works well when properly mixed
i use this in microwave protein cake recipes amongst other things and it seems to do a better job with those when compared to finer grain oat fiber. the fluffiness is quite pronounced and it has less of a nutty flavor (more neutral) comparably so it depends on your use and taste. so far im liking it if for that use alone. will try other recipes evenutally.

Don't buy this for keto baking
Very disappointed. This product looks like shredded cotton wool and is very lumpy and impossible to mix in to keto dough recipes. I made flatbreads with it and there were small clumps of this weird cotton wool like substance cooked into the bread, that were impossible to break up. Other fiber I have seen is brown, light and powdery, this product is nothing like that. The bag is huge and I felt bad throwing it away, but it is useless for keto baking and I didn't know what else to do with it. It should state on the product that it is not suitable for keto baking because I think that would be the main reason people buy oat fibre. Maybe they should also add a picture of the product so you can actually see what you are buying and not just show the bag.

Perfect Hot Water Crust
First time using oat fibre so can't comment on how it compares to other brands, but can say it made a superb hot water crust pastry for a keto pork pie. Staggeringly good, in fact. Would never have guessed it is keto. Made two versions, one using lard for a pork pie including jelly, the other beef dripping for a gravy based pie, both very good indeed. Tasty and robust pastry that didn't let a drip of jelly or gravy out, nice and crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Highly recommend for anyone reducing carbs and craving carby favourites.

Ideal for Keto King bread recipe
I have made the famous low carb 'Keto King' bread recipe regularly for a couple of years and most times it turns out well but the quality has varied. Through experimentation with brands of ingredients, I worked out what made the best loaf overall. I can honestly say that my best outcomes are always when I use this particular oat fibre product compared to the other brands. Why is this? The difference is in the light fluffy texture of this oat fibre compared to the plain powdery versions of other brands. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product especially if you are a fan of the Keto King bread recipe. I also love the tall Jamie Oliver loaf tin for the best rising loaf.

Poor batches
First purchase was great - fine powder, perfect bread. Second purchase was woolly and uneaven and could not be sifted or made into a powder - results in exact same recipe very poor making bread dry on the outside and wet on the inside. Very disappointing, I will try another brand.
