Well worth it for driving improvement
It was a bit of a struggle to install but once I realized if you turn the wheels all the way to the right and extend the shock about 1/2 an inch you can mount everything easily. Then if you need to adjust it it’s a lot easier to just loosen the up-bolts once everything is in place.

Should have installed this as soon as my lift went on
Been running this for a few weeks now and it makes me wish I had put it on as soon as I lifted my truck. Worked Great for my 03 1500HD Silverado!
Tightened up the steering quite a bit! Also fixed bump steer too. I can see how the mounts may not work for some vehicles but if you are a little handy you should be able to make it work with with either longer bolts or by making a little bracket but it worked perfectly on mine.

Not even a year after i bought it the 2 u bolt just snap now need to buy u bolt

This will fit you S10. It is extremely easy to install. You may have to widen the holes on your frame to get the bolts provided in or go buy some from Lowes. -Alabama fella.
