No flavor but good quality
Used this for a “cleanse” here and there. Not a doctor so use at your own risk. But definitely feel better afterwards, no flavor at all. Makes it easy to swallow or also add in my coffee when I don’t feel like swallowing raw oil. Will buy again, quality for the price is also great. Hope this review doesn’t high up the price 😆

Good quality
Same quality coconut oil with better price. It’s absolutely tasteless and odorless, so perfect for mixing into food. Container makes less mess than some others, but I haven’t figured out the perfect dispensing solution yet.

Just a good deal on mct oil, no real flavor, wonderfully convenient valve dispenser lid
The media could not be loaded. Just a good deal on mct oil, no real flavor, I add it to my morning hot beverage for energy.best part of this brand (aside from the price) is the easy squirt method of pouring (think of those nice new ketchup bottles that you have to squeeze to get the product through the valve in a forceful stream). I've never have to worry about oil drips down the side of the bottle, since the top functions as a one way valve. See my video for a demonstration.I hope you found my review helpful 😁

Great Value, higher Laurate content than other MCTs
This Liquid coconut oil is definitely a great value for the price. But if you're buying it as an MCT oil, it's higher in (C12) Laurate, and lower in (C10) caprate, and (C8) caprylate, than other MCT oils, which you can tell because it will solidify in the refrigerator, unlike the 60/40 caprate/caprylate MCT blend I normally buy.In this regard it is more liquid coconut oil and less MCT oil. Laurate is technically an MCT, but it is the longest chain triglyceride of MCTs and it's not certain it has the same health benefits of the smaller MCTs, because it is not transported through the portal vein to the liver, rather it's absorbed through the lymphatic system like long chain triglycerides.I use MCT oil to spray on popcorn to get salt and spices to stick and the low viscosity of this oil works really well in my oil sprayer. So this is a great oil for light spraying on skillets, salads, etc. There is a very, very slight coconut flavor compared to true MCT oil, but it's hardly noticeable. For the price, I'm definitely switching from my previous brand despite the limitations above.

Very effective
This was very good oil. This kept me at 3.5 ketosis for those who test your ketones with ketone strips. There are only a few C 8/C 10 oils out there that will do that. And this oil will keep you in a high state of ketosis for 10 to 12 hours which is really good. There actually is a difference between brands. I've used other brands that are 100% ineffective so you know they are made with crap. This one was good.

MCT Oil for the win!
My husband mixes this with his coffee in the morning. It seems to mix well and has little to no flavor. It helps keep him full until lunch time at work. Less expensive than other options!

Great for the brain
I bought this oil because MCT oil is good for supplying ketones to the brain. My memory has been poor & is improving with this. I believe it is working because I was able to remember some instances easier & I am starting to remember my dreams again when I wake up instead of experiencing darkness. (iykyk) Despite not having an actual flavor, in my opinion, it tastes good too & has a nice texture. I've been taking 3 or 4 teaspoons for the past few days of having it. The only thing I'd recommend is having a cup to put it in when you're getting some because the squirt bottle sometimes makes it easy to make a mess with.,

MCT for me please =)
Sooooo i add it to my coffee every morning. I started with 1TBS over a month later I just upped it to 2Tbs. The texture is noticeable but not overly bothersome to me.This is probably TMI but I’m gonna share in case it could possibly help someone else. Over a year ago I had a sore spot come up inside the left tip of my nose. It wasn’t noticeable most of time looking at me but I could feel it all the time and was very painful. I couldn’t stand for anything to touch my nose. It stayed so long I was beginning to wonder if it could be a sign of something seriously wrong with me.I had used another more expensive brand initially and within a week or so the sore was gone. After I finished the bottle I didn’t reorder cause I wasn’t certain it was beneficial to me and it seemed a bit over priced to me.A couple of months went by and the sore came back again. I finally remembered it went away while using the MCT oil so I looked for some more to order. I happen to see this brand and felt good about the value so I ordered some. This time the sore was noticeably less tender that evening and completely gone by day three. Fast forward to a week ago. The sore came back again after consuming more than half the bottle. This made me wonder if the connection I made between taking the MCT oil and the sore disappearing was purely happenstance. After much consideration i remembered it said dose up to 2Tbs a day. I decided to up my dose to 3Tbs to see what would happen and the sore is gone again within 2days.I’m thankful it’s gone and as long as I see that as a result of taking this I will continue. It makes the coffee like a delicious treat (to me) when using a blender to mix it. I just don’t care to go through that much trouble every morning. It’s more the oily clean up off the plastic mixer cup I hate. But It is quite a tasty treat when blended.=)
