These are the best option I've come across for collegan supplements. You take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal for better consumption, but I have taken without and I am completely fine. No side effects and they do what they are meant too. My skin looked better a few months of continuous daily use. Too expensive for what’s in it. Companies are getting greedy with how much they are charging for vitamins these days, so I’m not sure I can afford to keep taking them to see if they actually work.

did not use this because I realized it is made from bovine... I am sure it is a great product if u do eat beef just not for me

I have soft skin, and found it somewhat helpful. The only downside is that I struggle to remember to take the recommended 3 capsules daily. Two max. Unfortunately, that means I won’t be repurchasing.

Baffling but I am on day 4 and I keep steering on my skin especially my face. Unbelievable but I awake to some different, just clean, smooth, bright skin. I can’t explain it but I think it’s this supplement. But how could it work so fast. I’m in disbelief. I have no other explanation. This is the only thing I’m doing differently. Strange
