Despite incomplete instructions, the cart functions as expected and is sturdy.
I bought this as a gift for a family member and assembled it myself as well. The cart is exactly what I expected. I wanted something that could mount the TV, be mobile, adjustable in height, and ability to slightly tilt the TV, if needed. The material is very sturdy, so if needed we can mount a larger TV on it in the future. Even though the cart has some weight to it, it's very easy to move around with the wheels. The shelf is also convenient. It's nice that the shelf can be removed, but I prefer it installed for use.The assembly wasn't too difficult, but as mentioned in other reviews...the instructions could be better! The illustrations were helpful but lacked detail. I also had to refer to YouTube videos for similar products to figure out how to actually install the brackets on the TV and mount it, since I never mounted a TV before. It would have been better for the instructions to include that information. It would have been nice for the instructions to indicate installing the supplied knobs on the brackets before installing the brackets on the TV too. Fortunately, using the feedback from previous reviews I was already anticipating the issues with the instructions.I used the cart to mount a 32 inch Samsung SmartTV. It was nice that the cart came with different size screws, washers and spacers to accommodate different TVs, but of course I had to make a few trips to the hardware store because the M8 screws were too short with the use of the spacers (and I couldn't properly install the brackets to mount without the spacers anyway). Eventually, I figured out the right length and actually ordered the screws on Amazon because it's hard to find varying lengths of metric machine screws with pan heads at the hardware store.Despite the issues with the instructions and having to hunt for the correct machine screws, I'm rating the cart a five. Ultimately, the quality, function, and cost of the cart outweighed the extra detective work to assemble it.

It looks great almost anywhere!
I put it together to mount a 55 inch TV for using as a computer monitor. After putting it together and mounting the TV, I realized it looked really amazing just about anywhere I rolled it. Other than my desk getting cluttered, it looks like it was made for it. If you are considering mounting your TV or looking for a stand for a TV you just bought, this is really a great deal! I could hardly find a desk that was very basic and of poor construction that would hold a TV this size for under $100. Hope this info helps!*Notes for construction:- The wingnut screws that come with it are for putting at the top to control the tilt. I noticed a review that someone had put before I bought it that said the TV was permanently tilted down. Sadly the instructions NEVER mentioned the purpose of those included wingnuts.- The separate set of screws and spacers that the instructions NEVER mention in the installation steps are for mounting your TV's specific VESA mount. You only need one of the 3 sets and will have to just try each to see which set works for your TV. I actually didn't even need spacers at all.-

Great stand
This is a great rolling tv stand for the price. My initial impression was that it would not be sturdy enough to hold the 78 pound / 52" flat screen I wanted to use it for, but it is holding up pretty well. I use that tv outdoors for big sporting events parties, so the tv and stand move very easily to my power outlet and in case there is a glare or the sun moves I can easily move this around. It was easy to put together - I did it myself in less than an hour. Be sure to read the VESA measurements- the arms that come with it to attach to the bracket that holds the tv ontot he stand were too short for my 52" Samsung [old- 8 yrs] TV. Luckily I had another set of arms I swapped out and worked just fine. Also, I think the supplied arms would be too weak to hold my 78 pound tv. I liked the stand so much I bought another one for a 50" Phillips flat screen inside my house and the supplied arms work just fine.

Excellent quality lousy Direction and tools
The directions are a little sketchy for example they do not show the installation of the Tilt knobs and the Allen key provided is too small for the Allen bolts that are provided. The quality of the unit is exceptional and well worth much more than the asking price. I would strongly recommend it well I went to mount the TV on the stand the bolts that hold the mount to the back of the TV AR a quarter of an inch too short so it was off to Lowe's to get the correct length screws it would seem to me that mount Factory must not be paying attention to the reviews for this article. The tools are the wrong size the instructions are sketchy at best and the wrong length Hardware is the downfall of an otherwise beautiful stand so I am going to downgrade my star rating to 3 stars the unit is still worth the money and then some but I would have hoped the manufacturer would have resolved these issues by now the manufacturer contacted me and refunded the cost of the hardware I had to purchase so that would make them a five-star company

Incomplete Instructions
I am very pleased with this purchase and it went to together very easily. Everything lined up well, the parts are very sturdy. All of the parts are numbered and the hardware was assigned letters. That was great until you get to the very last part where you connect the holders to the TV/CRT. It had two very skimpy pictures, no parts numbers and no instructions. I had to go on youtube and find a video by another vendor with a similar product to figure out how to connect those two parts. And then there were a ton of screws and washers and spacers left over. Again, back to the comments to search. That was the hardware to connect your TV/CRT to the stand. They provided three sizes of screws, unfortunately none of them fit my monitor. Checked the comments and they gave the size, M4 x 25 and I went to Home Depot and picked them up. Back home and finally got the monitor attached to the stand. Other than that, it was a breeze.
