Works?
I got this product for breastfeeding support. Seems to work since I haven't had any clogged ducts since I started taking Lecithin. I switched to Sunflower Lecithin when I realized the cheaper regular lecithin was animal derived. I'm not vegan or anything but when I researched it Sunflower Lecithin is supposed to be more healthy. You need two big a** pills a day, a little hard to swallow. No noticeable after taste. No noticeable side effects.
