I take sunflower lecithin primarily for general well-being, and this supplement checks all the boxes: clean ingredients, good consistency, and a very fair value for the size of the bottle. The quality of the sunflower lecithin itself seems excellent, and I’ve had zero issues incorporating it into my daily routine. A couple things worth mentioning for prospective buyers: the softgels are definitely on the larger side, so if you struggle with bigger capsules, keep that in mind. Also, the gel caps can stick together if exposed to too much heat for extended periods, so storing the bottle in a cool, dry place is important. It is helpful for relieving plugged ducts, mastitis, easing pumping, especially for working moms, exclusively pumping moms, and moms who donate milk to a milk bank. Moms tell me they start seeing the benefits in about 2 days but it increases effectiveness over the next couple of days. It is helpful for babies who have trouble emptying the breast such as preemies, or other babies who need some extra help. Sunflower Seed Lecithin is a healthy fat made from sunflower seeds. It makes the milk ducts less sticky and seems to help with removing the hind milk as the breast becomes more empty. None of the moms I have worked with have mentioned any negative results.

I purchased this supplement to aid in breastmilk production during my postpartum recovery period and beyond. It has a sweeter smell to it. It is an inch sized capsule. If you have a hard time swallowing capsules I would not recommend this specific brand. It is easy for me to take. It has wonderful health benefits in addition to aiding in breastmilk production. It does not make you sleepy. It has a smooth texture. The taste is not unbearable. It has two safety seals as well. The first is a tab you have to pull that will release the open and close feature of the bottle. The second is a safety seal after you open the bottle. My favorite part about this supplement is that is has Choline in it which is an absolutely crucial supplement that all pregnant and breastfeeding mothers need. I feel assured this product is helping me to be at my absolute best for the sake of not just me but my infant as well. Highly recommend! Worth the price.

I have an over supply of breastmilk, these help me not get clogged ducts. Before taking these I had struggled so much with mastitis, it’s horrible avoid that pain and have this in stock! You can’t beat this price! I take two everyday to avoid clogged ducts.

Update 5 2 2022 its been a month taking it and certainly my semen volume increased. it’s my first order from now foods but they really nailed it. product really works when you take it as a specified and there are no or least side-effects. as usual after 40+ you may see the decrease in semen volume but after taking this I think it’s improving and let us see whether cholesterol levels are decreasing or not.

Excellent for keeping blocked milk ducts and mastitis away. One a day does the trick for me!
