Feng Shui Wooden Turtle Compass - #Tc001

I was surprised at how quickly this little turtle arrived in the mail. I got free shipping which sometimes takes up to several weeks in the snail mail. But this turtle must have been the one that beat the hare because it arrived in just four days, a day faster than the earliest estimated delivery time.As for quality, it's what you might expect for the price. The compass is a little smaller than I expected as mentioned in some other comments but it's not as though I was planning on taking it on an extensive backpacking trip through the alps (I use my gps turtle for that). Overall, very cute and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend only buying if you want a little wooden turtle on your coffee table with a compass in it.

I bought this as a gift for a turtle lover. I was actually surprised that the shell slides to show the compass. Yes you see people posted it is smaller than they thought, but most are. It is about as big as your palm. I think its great and never seen a turtle like this and would urge people to buy this for fellow turtle lovers.

The compass itself works, but it is very small, I had trouble reading it. It doesn't have the degrees marked either, so I needed another tool to finish finding the sectors of my house.

I ordered this wooden turtle compass for our 49 year old Baby Boy. He has always loved bugs, snakes, frogs, turtles and most every thing that crawls since he was a little fellow. He has quite a collection of wooden, glass and ceramic turtles in his house andat the present time, he has several gopher tortoises in his back yard. The largest gopher hole goes way back under his garage floorand I fear it may collapse some day.

The compass in side is cheaply made and barely functional. The carvings on the back are barely there and the writing on the compass is washed out and illegible. I was embarrassed to give this as a gift.

The outside was very cute but faded and the inside was cheaply made.

I'm a turtle lover, so when I saw this item, I knew I had to get it to add to my collection! They shipped it out literally the day after I made the purchase on Amazon, and I received it by Thursday! The item itself was very cute and smaller than I expected, but still a good palm-fitting size that goes perfect on my desk! Will buy from this place again if other items interest me! Thank you!

This turtle is absolutely beautiful. The picture does not do it justice at all! The carvings and engravings are very intricate and the compass underneath is ell made also. This is a great gift or something for yourself if you collect turtles. The price is extremely fair for what you receive!
