Safety 1st Stay Clean Humidifier, Ultrasonic Mist, One Gallon Easy to Fill Tank, LED Light, and Filter Free

This humidifer works perfectly.Automatic cleaning of it as well! Not sure what other folks are talking about regarding mold build-up (I noticed the 1-star review from Lizzie - that account has multiple 1 star reviews, that's essentially all they have, seems a bit fake to me? definitely is not true of this product); there is no mold build-up at all (the whole point of the LEDs - which work amazing - these LEDs are also starting to be installed on airplanes btw in lavatories to make sure they stay clean).This is btw the second one I bought, had the other one (same product) for months now. Ready to leave a review and it's just an amazing product! No issues at all with mold or anything. Stays perfectly clean. The LEDs do shine out the sides of the product but has not been an issue for me I don't think it's too bright and can kind of double as a night light (if e.g. placed in your kids room).It's easy to fill water and I confirmed that the humidity improves via my awair product (separate product which analyzes the humidity in the air). Greatly improved my air quality!I highly recommend this!!

We have had this humidifier for about a month, and I’m pretty pleased with it. We use tap water for ours and I clean it about once a week. And really it’s because I was used to cleaning our old one every other day. We had a HoMedics one before but it was such a pain to clean. There was a build up in the HoMedics one constantly and we only kept it because it had a color changing lights and timer feature.The light on this one is bright, but it doesn’t bother my little one too much. Cleaning it was quite easy, and only becomes a pain when you let it build up. I use white vinegar and water with a cotton swab to clean the build up outside of the tank.Depending on how high we put the settings and for how long, it can last up to 3 nights. Usually we keep it at a middle setting and seems to do well for a small room.

Very happy with this humidifier. Keeps the room at a steady humidity. Helps you sleep when the air isn't so dry. Love the self cleaning part. No mold to worry about. Easy to use and maintain. Noise level isn't bad. The only problem is the amount of light it puts out. I need a dark bedroom and this thing lights it up like it is daytime. Had to put electrical tape around it to shut out the light. Much too bright. Everything else is great. Would work well in at child's room. Would not need a night light.

I purchased Safety first humidifier for its unique new technology on germ warfare. Along with this amazing humidifier, I also purchased a backup Germ guard Antimicrobial Humidifier Treatment to further support the germ free efforts of this humidifier. I ordered the first Safety 1st humidifier about a week ago and watched for some of the products “negative” reviews, such as leaking water on the table, noisy, bright light, difficult to fill, limited directional steam flow, etc. On leaking water: I found no such leaks created by the humidifier; however, I found sweat-leaks on the top of the directional flow lid. BUT, those leaks were MY FAULT...not the fault of the humidifier.....here is how that happened... The lid needs to be put into a slot on top and gently rotated to find it’s resting place, at which point you can feel a slight click. And, it’s ON.. Once you get the hang of that part, the rest is easy... On noise: I found no noise while running, until I removed the tank to fill it...then there was a humming of a motor....once the refilled tank was placed, it’s operation was quiet. On Bright lights: I have used UV Humidifiers....now that IS a bright light.... But the light from this humidifier is visible, but not as bright as UV. I am not bothered by lights when I sleep, so that was not something I would mark a rating down for....especially when other humidifiers lights are brighter. On difficult to refill: This is the easiest humidifiers for refills that I have ever had... On Directional Steam flow limitations: Yes, the flow direction is limited; however, not so limited that it’s difficult to work with...I would like to see a better directional range to caste the steam flow, it possible, without affecting the overall effectiveness of this amazing Humidifier. OH...by the way, I just purchased a second Safety 1st Humidifier, it arrived today. EASY set up and it is operating quietly, with secure lid, no sweating or leaking.... On sweating or leaking issues that I saw under previous reviews, please consider that it’s possible to OVER-humidify a room to the sweating, wet stage. I have readable humidifiers for each room and I keep the rooms between 45-50% humidity. Think about that issue if you are having humid problems. Thanks for your ear...AND to the great folks in China who made this unique, amazing product....MOST thankful to YOU!!

I’d like to think of myself as a humidifier connoisseur. Suffering from asthma and a house that is always too dry, I’ve been sleeping with a humidifier since I was a teenager.I’m a mom of 2 now and the most important thing for my children is the air they breathe in! I’ve went through dozens of humidifiers from Vicks, Vornado baby, Crane, etc., before I stumbled upon this one. The fact that it’s filter free and “prevents mold” sold me immediately. That was my biggest concern with other humidifiers in the past - that nasty pink slime that always forms in the reservoir, whether it’s been used for two days or two months.I bought this humidifier hoping that I had finally found that holy grail product. It’s only been 2 weeks since I’ve been using it and it already has that pink slimy mold in the reservoir! Mind you, I used distilled water, plus it is left plugged in 24/7. Absolutely disappointed!Not worth the money, plus the light is horrible at night. More blinding than it is soothing. Save your money and buy something cheaper. It’ll probably develop the pink slimy mold on it, but at this point, I’m convinced they all do 🤷🏽‍♀️
