Not just for showers!
Used this to re-coat a badly discoloured plastic vanity sink in a bedroom - so pleased with the result and certainly proved to be a better option than replacing the basin. A light sanding and two coats - leave 24 hours between each coat, as it says on the tin. Basin looks great - so white and shiny! Cannot comment on longevity but it certainly looks good. Do wear a mask and ventilate during the work as this is pungent stuff!

Has made motorhome shower tray as good as new!
The shower tray in our 25 year old Hymer A Class was looking a bit tired, so I thought I'd give it a spruce up. And this paint is amazing! Took my time preparing the surface properly and masking the tray off - and then gave it 4 thin coats with a 1" brush. Gave it 14 hours or so between each coat, and the outcome is way better than I expected. Brush marks are hardly noticeable and it's got a lovely bright finish. Has been down 3 months or so and has survived quite a few showers - and no issues with durability whatsoever. It does give off very strong fumes though - so make sure you have good ventilation and wear a face mask.

White shower tray paint
Easy to apply and a great finish. Took quite a while to dry was the only downside.

Very good results
Used this to recoat a very discoloured white shower tray and am very pleased with the finished result. Very easy to apply as the paint is very thin and dries very quickly, which makes it easy to apply a couple of thin coats, which is better than a thicker coat to avoid runs. Make sure the tray is squeaky clean and limescale free and dry, otherwise you get areas that will not coat. Found it quite expensive for the amount of paint you get, but still a lot cheaper than a new tray! The fumes from the paint are VERY, VERY strong so you need a lot of ventilation, which is a bit tricky if you are trying to paint inside a shower enclosure! also found that after painting, the shower tray is a lot more slippery than it was before, so have had to stick non slip strips down. But would recommend for a quick, cheap improvement.

Chips of after a few months
Impossible to clean as it produces a textured finish for grip. After a few months it's flaked off in places

Worked well
I painted a shower tray that had turned yellow with the sunlight. I applied three coats and sanded very lightly in between . I have to say it looks likes a new one. The smell of the paint wasn't as bad as I had expected and soon went with the window left open. The can I ordered was small and really I should have ordered a bigger one. I ended up buying another to finish the job. I can't say how the paint will wear but it's still looking good after three weeks.

Doesn’t last
Looked fantastic initially however 6 months down the line it is peeling off despite all my hard work rubbing it down as instructed. Disappointing
