The overall quality of the bag is very good, and the magnetic lock strap is very robust and well designed. However, the bag has one main issue, the center compartment. There is a non-zip semi-large center compartment between the front and rear zipper compartments, and the only things holding anything inside that pocket are some pieces of fabric. You can shove a water bottle in there but that's about all its good for. The bag is very nice as a fanny pack, but only 'meh' as a sling pack.TLDR: If you are looking for a true 'sling backpack', spend $30 more and get the Bellroy sling pack. However, if you are looking for a fanny pack or a chest pack then get this. (Bellroy won't work as a fanny pack that well)

I was hesitating to buy this bag since there were little reviews out there. But I’ve been in search for a bag for everyday carry since the pandemic started and have gone through 6-8 different bags trying to find a good solution. I realized quickly that there would not be a great one bag solution for what I was looking for, but this bag is probably the closest to it.I narrowed it down to needing 3. One for just the bare essentials, I’ll call it the grocery run bag. I need it to carry my wallet, my phone, my keys, a pair of disposable gloves, and a mask, so having less organization didn’t matter just 1-2 separate compartments would be fine. The next step up would be The everyday carry which combines the first requirements but include space for a compact camera and maybe a snack bar or water bottle, so having internal organization is nice. The final setup would be for the family outing which ended up being a slim backpack for room for snacks, a small umbrella, and others.This bag can pack down slim enough to carry just the bare essentials. It has enough internal organization to keep things separate as well. The black version has slick but not rubbery material. Some other bags I’ve seen like this, the material seems to be rubbery and almost sticky. This does not. This holds it shape but allows for expansion when needed. The quick release is fantastic and the overall bag is light enough to carry with several items inside.Shipping was decently fast. Was shipped from China and I received it in 6 days from shipping. Construction and materials are all top notch and I’m very happy for the price paid. I’ll be looking at other NIID products in the future as well.

I have more bags from this company and I love them.But for this one I had expectations and they didn't stood up.The material feel cheeper then the other bags also the closing thing feels cheep too. And not durable.The strips is not so comfortable and getting out of their holders.The size is bigger than I thought but not bad.Over all: this bag is not bad but it's just not what I expected.And I do love this company.

I love this bag! It’s so compact but can hold a ton. I really like the integrated water bottle compartment in the middle. Perfect for traveling. I’m a little concerned about the quality of the material and whether it will hold up over time but so far so good. I’ll update this review of the finish starts to flake off anytime soon.
