Hardcore Carnivore Black: Activated Charcoal Beef Seasoning Rub for Steak, Smoking, BBQ, Burgers, Brisket ++ (Large Shaker)

I try many seasonings but rarely buy multiple times. Hardcore Carnivore is the exception. Third time back to buy this! I love the Black. It's not just for beef. Try it on potatoes. Seasoned fries with Black is delicious! I also have found it is very good on popcorn. But supposedly it's for beef and I do love it on a nice ribeye. Be careful if you use it as a rub before making beef jerky. It can be salty if you over do it, but it does make a great jerky (I do add a little cowboy rub for the jerky 90/10). Just get this. It's become a go to spice. Oh, one more, try a little of this with a tandoori rub. It brings out the tandoori.

Coming from a true carnivore that cooks & eats NY Strip nearly every day, this is the best seasoning I've tried and use it every day! It's not too salty like some and doesn't overwhelm the steak with spice. It simply enhances the steak and tastes just right to me.It's a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Absolutely the best steak rub we’ve ever used! Even use it for brisket and has the perfect amount of saltiness to it. Tried a bunch of other brands and this one by far is our favorite. The color actually helps ensure you get the right amount of coverage on your steaks or brisket. Highly recommend!

Been using this for my briskets, they turn out perfect! Right amount of salt and the bark is a deeep dark color. It’s my go to for brisket now for sure!

It tastes great, but it is absolutely a novelty seasoning. For the price, you’re really only paying for the color. Not spicy, or overly salty, but it is a great seasoning. I like to use it on venison and other wild games. Would buy again if there was a sale

We love this seasoning on pretty much everything we cook, meats and vegetables. Their Black is also really good for grilling.

Used this at the Texas Beef Council Smoke Class to cook a Sirloin Cap. Everyone used a different rub. Our’s was voted most flavorful! Awesome Rub! Used at home to do a Sirloin Cap and everyone went nuts over the flavor. My son thinks it’s got too much salt in it, he prefers more pepper, but seriously, can’t go wrong!
