Already assembled and was broken upon purchase
Purchased this for my daughters Xmas present. When we opened it to use we found it had already been assembled and the UV shell wouldn't close and was noticeable broken at the hinges.Clearly an item someone else had returned as faulty had been resold.Had to go purchase another 1 as a replacement

Great fun.
My daughter is having so much fun with this. For what it is the box could have been half the size and still fitted it all in. They look really pretty once they are made. Price was a bit steep though.

Daughter loves it but gems sometimes tacky after being cured
My daughter’s little friend got one of these and she went on about getting one for months so I gave in, buying this and one of the refill kits for her at Christmas. She burned through three bottles of resin within a few hours but some of the resulting “gems” are sticky/tacky despite following the instructions and also trying to cure them a second time. Have ordered some rubbing alcohol which apparently helps but will see. We’ve ordered more resin as, despite everything, my daughter still loves it. I can’t see that there is an easier/most cost effective way to buy more resin than the £15 packs that come with one bottle and a circle of gems so am looking at other brands of UV curing resin as one bottle doesn’t make that many gems.Pros:- 5yo loves it and it appeals to her inner magpie- Simple processCons- Gems are sometimes still sticky after being cured- Refills/additional resin pricey

Doesn't do 100
Exactly like the picture. 1st one I was sent didn't work but they quickly exchanged it and I'm disappointed with it. It says you can do 100 items with it and you could if you were doing the smallest heart only. My daughter's used both bottles (her dad helped her) and she got 30 out of both bottles, the light isn't very good either because the side that isn't in the mould doesn't seem to dry as good as the other side. Also disappointed you only got 1 set of earings and keyring ect.
