Good taste
My daughter recommended I try Matcha, so I ordered this brand because it's organic. I like it - but I do find if I am not using my frothing "whip" it can be clumpy.

Not very good
The matcha is literally brown. I’m not sure I can even bake with it, I’d have to put some food coloring in it. Definitely do not use for drinking matcha. Not worth the price just get some good matcha.

a solid "middle of the road"
It didn't look as vibrant green that I'm used to. It didn't taste as .. rich and I thought it would. I've definitely had "matcha" worse than this, but this wasn't that great either. It's a great middle of the road.
