It makes a noticeable difference. I live in a very dry climate and I use the night one during the day. It's perfect, shiny and the moisture stays on for hours.

My son is on a medication that dries out his lips. This stuff really works, but it is best used at home/at night when hands are clean since you have to use your finger to get the product.

My lips had been so dry for a few weeks. When the weather changes, my lips get the worst of it. I used this for 2 nights & once during the day in between those 2 nights. Within that time, my lips became so smooth! I would definitely recommend, & would definitely purchase again.I thought the texture was going to be a little hard like Carmex when you 1st open it but it's actually smooth like Vaseline. I'm not a huge fan of the smell, it's not horrible, I just don't like it. I guess that's why its recommended to use it at night.

This is my go to when just using Chapstick does not work well enough. It goes a long ways (I only need a thin layer) and works overnight. There is nothing better on the market in my opinion. I used to get it at Walmart but they no longer carry this specific O'Keefe's item.
