Covers well
Bought a gallon used half a gallon and painted two boats. 23' CC and 26' Cuddy. Paint covers well and fast with a 6' 3/8" nap roller. tape off the lines from existing first and keep the roller full. Did both boat bottoms in one evening. Good product arrived quickly. Dried within an hour but I didn't run boats in lake until 4 days later.

Shipping is horrible
The product is great, I ordered 3 gal and they shipped, 2 of them got damaged so I only got 1 gal in the end. I have yet to get my money back for that damaged ones that were sent back. I have applied for my refund but still haven’t heard a word. As you can tell this stuff isn’t cheep so I have a lot of money sitting in someone’s pocket and it really irritates me. Shippers need to do a better job.!!

Best bang for your buck if you know what your doing ..
With all the ablative antifualing paint around for 200 a gallon and up it's nice to see a product come in under 100 bucks that gets the job done !! This one gallon comes with a kit and I was blown away for the price!! Paint try brush roller gloves and jump suit all included in ur shipped box !!! The epoxy and paint are both great I bought both and rarely do reviews unless I'm overly impressed.. some people keep there boats in year round in heavy salt conditions and I guess if that's what ur doing and u want to spend 300 on paint that's great .. but for the rest of us this stuff is nice easy to work with dries strong and the color blue they have is awesome!!! I found this product to do the job exactly as described and with some elbow grease you could really do a nice job with it ... the only negative if there is one is the can was a bit dented like the rest of reviews say but nothing that I thought mattered.. keep up the good product nice to see someone giving u a decent product with extras and not trying to rob you

My bottom never looked so good. Eh hem
The 2 cans and the packaged showed up all banged up, but I'm guessing the delivery person was at fault. A fellow boater recommended this paint. I'm glad I listened. Very happy with the process to order, and I'm very happy with the results. Make sure you shake and stir this really well so it's becomes a medium thickness. It goes on fantastic. I have a 268 boat and I used 4/5 of a gallon. One coat looks great, and my bottom was a light green before this, so it hid it well. I would recommend this bottom paint to fellow boaters. In fact my buddy is buying the 2nd gallon I bought to paint his boat.

Good for my purposes
I got two years out of it in fresh water. No offense to those who find it helpful to have all the goodies tossed in, and I do appreciate them but that has little to do with what I am looking for out of bottom paint. $15 worth of accessories is nothing compared to the labor and prep needed to do a bottom job. I have had several positive experiences with Jamestown so I thought I would try the paint. It goes on fantastic and looks good, dries flat without roller marks. Two years is what I would have expected and that is what I got. So come spring I will purchase again and put in the hours to reapply. The second go around I would hope will give me three years. Like with most paint, prep is everything.

Congealed lump of useless paint
This is usually pretty good bottom paint (hence the 2 star instead of 1), but this year was a different story.I ordered the paint a month ago anticipating the annual bottom painting when the weather was right for it. It took about three and a half weeks for that to happen. I scheduled my launch date and drive down to the marina to get to work. When I opened the can and tried to mix it up, all I could do was move a giant congealed paint ball around the bottom of the can. It was totally unworkable - even with a power mixer. So I had to reschedule my launch and get a different paint the next day when the marine stores opened.I'm not sure what happened, but it was completely unusable and I can't even get a refund now because the window closed. I will not be buying this product from here again in the future.YYMV
