You need these if you're sore after working out. They're so convenient to have and easy to slide on. I have two for my knees and two for my elbows at home, and one for my knee I keep at work. My wife gets headaches often, and uses the head one.

OMG this sleeve is a life saver. I just slide it over a l/s shirt and it does the trick. Wish it stayed cold longer, but that would be over doing it anyway. Flexible design.

The media could not be loaded. Okay. It seems like a great product but I ordered a large because it said it would fit a knee. Maybe it would fit the knee of a small child but I’m an average man 5’9 180lbs and it 100% cut off the circulation when I tried to wear it. Couldn’t get it over my calf and it made my leg throb. I measured my knee and ordered the size they recommended and it was wrong. As a specialist in this field, you should never wear a product that makes your extremity throb. Throbbing = cutting off circulation. Mild compression can be good for joints, but throbbing is very bad and can damage lymphatics and superficial blood vessels. Careful with this product. If it throbs remove immediately and order a larger size. The company is probably reading this and saying “it’s supposed to be tight” well I’m a medical professional and I can guarantee you “not that tight” : ) rethink your sizing carefully

I had ACL surgery and had a circulation cold water ice machine that was a dream. But, after a while, the pain isn't as severe and I didn't need it for hours a day. This sleeve is a convenient cold hit (lasts about 30 minutes) when my knee gets sore from PT or more walking, etc. Highly recommend!I'm a 5'6" female with slim legs and the size L is a good fit for my knee.
