Works well
I use them in the basement to easily double the light, using two LED bulbs. These things are surprisingly difficult to find locally.

Thumbs up
This worked perfect Outside our back porch it’s fairly large so the two lights give it plenty of cross light. Very happy with it.

works fine
hard to tell quality of this sort of product.to look at it, this is better than one of the two competing models i've seen. i bought this apparently Leviton model to replace a working generic one that simply seemed poorly assembled. on that model, the metal threads were rattling around, just slightly loose. i don't even know whether that shoddiness reflected the particular generic model, or was instead a fluke.this one looks more solid than that particular generic, which i trashed. it's this Leviton model looks and feels the same as an Eagle brand one. both claim to be UL listed. no idea whether anyone bothers to counterfeit either Leviton or Eagle.

Works Perfect
I have a beam separating two areas of my living space. The lighting fixture I bought—that I thought would be long enough to hang below the beam—hides behind the beam, so the light is blocked. This socket not only lowered the lightbulb enough to make it effective, but I also got the bonus of two lightbulbs. Perfect for what I needed.

A no-frills standard and classic hardware item. Increase illumination by adding more lamps.
I purchased this because it's a standard twin lamp adapter, without unneeded decorator features that raise cost.Although this type of item dates almost back to the beginning of electric lighting, it's especially useful today. Unlike the old tungsten bulbs, adding more LED bulbs generally doesn't create a fire hazard. This means you can safely double the illumination from ceiling fixtures simply by using twice as many low-cost LED bulbs.

Not very good.
I purchased this to split my flood lights but as I screwed the splitter in, the metal ring came off and lodged into the female side. After extracting the piece, I inspected and tried the second one and it performed just fine. I may have just gotten a bad apple out of the two. I would not purchased this item again.

Perfect
Not much to say about it it's just one socket to two and it functions as intended. I have two hue floodlight styles spotlights and just move to a place where the garage only has a one bulb option so I was able to use this to put both my spotlights and emotion sensor and I never have to worry about trying to reach the cable to turn the light on and off and having enough light. Pretty happy with my setup and happy with my purchase of this product
