Great sounds quality and battery life but when walking down the road, it is sometimes difficult to hear the audio

Had 1 month and both ear pods have broken. Seller refusing to do anything with.

The earbuds themselves deserve a full 5 stars, fitting nice and snug with effective earhooks to keep them in place. They are not intended to fully cancel exterior sounds, allowing traffic and voices to be heard whilst your music is playing and I found this to work very well indeed. My music is crisp and clear, but I can still hear approaching traffic when I'm doing outside activity. The sound quality is also far superior to other earbuds I've used, and they don't reach earpiercing loudness. The noise filtering takes away enough background noise so you don't need to drown that out with high volume, meanwhile those all-important traffic sounds can still be heard to keep you safe.Where the product loses a star is the charging case. It's sturdy and seems to hold plenty of charge to keep the earbuds topped up for many hours, however you're not always guaranteed to get both buds charging right away when you place them in the case, even if you think you've made contact correctly. It can take a few attempts, but it works eventually.Overall, highly recommended.

A little annoyed that the price dropped a little after I purchased these as a gift.They're as bright as the picture and the case is slightly heavier than expected which is a good thing because it means it won't be damaged easily.If you mould the ear hooks to wear you have to remember to re-adjust them when placing in the case to charge otherwise they don't sit correctly for charging.Also 2 push ultra show up on the phone/tablet as they work as solos, if you have issues just follow the skullcandy reset on their website and that will sort the problem - we did that twice in the first month and have had no issues since (alhumdulillah - thank God)It is a bit of a trial and error when you receive them if you have the patience.Also I think they do last around 6 hours on 1 charge as my daughter uses them on and off for a couple hours at a time and they (case) only need charging roughly once a week.The other issue we have with these is that we had to look on skullcandys Web site to check how we can tell that the case has fully charged. If its flashing green inside the case (tiny lcd light) that means its charging, if you have a solid green light, then that means it's fully charged.Update 27.8.21 unfortunately as we adjust the hooks to sit properly on the ear and then again for it to sit properly in the case to charge, the left ear hook has become faulty. I contacted skullcandy and as they were under warranty they said they would replace or give me a voucher. The one we wanted was out of stock and I had to request it in another colour.BUT if I had contact tech support for these on amazon's app they would have either repaired it/ replaced it or given my money back but this isn't advised when you go through the chat option, you MUST use the call option. I wish I had known this earlier as the app shows they have the warranty for 2 yrs but when you register the product with skullcandy in the UK the warranty is only 1 year.

Excellent headphones, occasionally lose pairing but not frequently enough to score down.

Work great. After just over 1 year of moderate use, the arm has snapped off where it joins the body of the bud. You have to bend the arms so they lay flat enough in the holder to charge, but then when you take them out bend them back to shape your ear. I guess over time this breaks them at this point.You cannot unscrew and replace the arms either it seems.Contacted for replacement or repair and was advised no help to be given. They offered a 40% off voucher for another product direct through their website. The only issue is do I want to spend more money on another one of their products after this?.

The sound quality is decent and so is the battery life, but that's about it.The first thing I noticed was that these earbuds are so UNCOMFORTABLE. they don't have a squishy in-ear piece, so unless you happen to have wars shaped exactly like the earbud, they're quite painful. And if you're a woman/have smaller ears, it's even worse.10 days in, the ear hook broke on the right earbud, so now it doesn't hold in place. I'm returning them for a refund.I'm honestly surprised to be this disappointed, Skullcandy usually have really good products, bit this one is a total flop.
