The Only Soy Sauce We’ll Ever Use
We were first introduced to Aloha Shoyu when we lived in Southern California, and we’ve never looked back. This lower salt version still delivers the full depth of flavor you want from a good shoyu—rich, slightly sweet, and incredibly balanced—without being overly salty like so many other brands. It enhances everything from stir fry and sushi to marinades and dipping sauces. We love that it’s versatile enough to use daily and flavorful enough to stand out. After trying it, we stopped buying any other brand. This is the only soy sauce we ever use, and we always keep a backup bottle in the pantry.

The best shoyu available!
You wouldn't think that there would be a difference in Soy sauce. WRONG! Aloha Shoyu is a clear winner and the difference is obvious in my recipes. The Hawai'ians really have this down.
