At first glance, wow! Updated review...
I've never purchased wooden cutting boards before. I was blown away when I opened these up because they are really beefy-looking and the wood is so beautiful. When friends walk through my kitchen, they actually comment on how pretty these boards look! I don't know what to expect regarding upkeep and longevity, but it is a little sad to see the slice marks my knives leave on this beautiful wood. That may be just the way it is supposed to be. I will give them 3 months more and update this review in early 2021.UPDATE: yeah, these boards were never intended to be used for cutting. Pretty for kitchen decor, and perhaps a good display tray for cheeses, but useless as a cutting board. They are too soft, and the surface will show every gash your knife makes as it passes over the wood. They become really hideous looking in no time. I've been trying to cut on one side only and then I display the undamaged sides. Poor investment.

Just the Best - and No Micro-Plastics in Your Food!
Beautiful organic wood. You take care of it, it will take care of you. We don’t use them for fish or meat. We use plastic or glass for that. At first we washed them in sudsy water, dried them immediately and thoroughly and rubbed them down with olive oil after every use for several weeks. Now we wash and dry them but only oil them only two or three times a week. We’ve had them for over a year and they are better than ever.

Simple
I don't know what I expected. These seem to absorb moisture much more than I thought. I assumed they would come with a "finished" wood coating. I am giving five stars because They are sturdy and I like the different sizes. I am just hoping they last long because they really seem to absorb water when you clean them. They aren't cheap, but compared to a lot of other cutting boards, they are not the most expensive option. I enjoy the creases that do trap liquid when slicing things that retain a lot of fluid.

1+ year review
The media could not be loaded. I have had these cutting boards for over a year now. They are just now starting to crack a little. They do disco color and lighten with age and use, but that is to be expected. Nice heavy durable yet still lightweight wood material. Great if you have arthritis and struggle with washing heavy dishes in the sink.

Wood cutting boards
These cutting boards come in a good variety of sizes, are fairly light weight, are easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to maintain when you follow the instructions, and are of good quality for the price.

Soft wood leaves gashes after cutting, shellac finish comes off in your food
These cutting boards were beautiful when they first arrived and I was surprised at how thick and hefty they were. I followed all treatment instructions and oiled the boards before first use. However, upon first use the cutting boards were destroyed, at least aesthetically. The wood is surprisingly soft and I actually can’t believe it is used for a cutting board. As you can see in the photos, cut marks appeared after first use and are now permanently there. I cut a pizza with a pizza wheel and it left very deep gash. My old bamboo cutting boards never did this and were much stronger.*Update*After a few months of using these boards, I’m dropping them down to 1 star. They stink. See the last photo I uploaded - this is what all of them look like now. The worst part is the dark wood color on the outside is some sort of shellac finish that now comes off on all food we cut on the boards. Little brown flecks of it are in everything and we’ve likely been eating it for months. We are throwing them away and going back to raw bamboo boards.

Manufacturing burrs, handle with care.
When I washed these boards before first use and ran my hands over the wood, I could feel very noticeable burrs, which were more prominent in the routered edges of the juice groove . My guess is that the edges on the pieces I got were not sanded or smoothed very well during manufacturing. Granted these boards did not cost as much as others so perhaps that should have been a warning sign.I had bought another cutting board (different brand) at the same time as these and the edges on that board are smooth and did not give me apprehension when handling it.I felt lucky that I had only lightly run my hands over when rinsing the boards, as the burrs could have easily caused splinters in my hand. As a result I find myself not wanting to use them vs my other boards.I've used a rough-edged dish sponge to wash the board a couple times now in the hopes that the burrs will smooth out. It does seem to be getting better but I am not ready to say I'm 100% satisfied yet. If that fails, I plan on just smoothing them out myself with some sandpaper/sander and then re-oiling.On the positive side, I do like the look of these boards and the getting them in a set was nice.
