very nice, small and compact and PNP the first time

I used it to clone my 2TB M.2 drive onto a 4TB M.2 drive that has a heatsink. It worked fine for me, transferring about 1.4 TB of data in around an hour. The cable supplied is pretty short, but I ended up cloning it twice due to a mistake I made. One mistake I made was to use a USB cable that I already had because it was longer. The first time I cloned it, it took 10 hours to copy the data. The second time I did it, I used the provided short cable (which was labeled as being capable of 10 Gbps) and it only took a little over an hour.I also switched my boot type from MBR to GPT after verifying the clone was successful, and then after changing from legacy boot to UEFI, the drive booted up just fine. If I had more confidence in the process of switching over to GPT, I probably would have tried changing the original to GPT first, then I probably wouldn't have had to move the recovery partition to the end of the unallocated space because it probably would have allocated all of it. That happened because MBR is limited to 2TB partitions.

Works great for any size NVMe SSD. I used it for a 4TB SSD with a heat sink. I wouldn't fit in my other NVMe SSD enclosure. Very fast and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. I like the finish of the device, and that it also has a power button to toggle power to the drive. I wish it remembered states so that if i power it off and restart my computer, it stays off. Instead, it turns back on to where i need to press the button again or unplug it to keep it off.I purchased this device as my ssd suddenly failed on me, likely due to a firmware bug in the samsung 980 pro ssd model V8P2T0. This device was able to mount the drive and I could sporadically pull data off it.Sometimes I would hit corruption and I would have to re-mount the drive. Having the power toggle made this much more manageable than replugging the device. It saved me a lot of time and effort!On the other hand, I wish it didn’t have so play or wiggle room when the drive is connected possibly due to the short connector. It makes me less than 100% confident that it is properly seated, but it seemed to work okay for me.

Works as expected. I got is running on Linux Mint as well as Windows 11.

I like this because it's solid and feels well-made. I had previously bought a different one with two slots, but it was like a piece of aluminum with a wire stuck in it. I never used it. This one has a power-on button. It's terrific and excellent to use. The speed of the videos and files that are transferred is fine. I recommend it. Enjoy.
