Nature's Bounty St. John's Wort Pills and Herbal Health Supplement, 300mg, 100 Capsules

I always have been a nervous type person and a friend told me about these vitamins. Well I tried it and I do feel more relaxed when taking it 2 times a day. It even helps my thinking, instead of jumping into my work I think of what I want to accomplish that day and make a plan. I have never planed my day before and it really helps. Of course there are days that something else changes the plan but that is normal. I will continue to use these daily.

I am in my late 30’s & have gone my whole life without experiencing any real effects of PMS. But now I find my mood dropping intensely. This vitamin has greatly helped with the mental effects of PMS for me & helps keep my mood level. I don’t think I will ever be without it at this point. Love this product used for years, now to expensive!

I've been taking St John's Wort for a few years now. This Nature's Bounty brand works best for me. I didn't think there was a difference amongst brands with the same dosage but I was wrong. The other brand I used (for 3 months) didn't work at all. I recommend Nature's Bounty St John's Wort

I began taking this at the insistence of my MD. I was tired of trying RX meds that changed me. I was so surprised when I actually not only felt better emotionally but had a lot more energy. I have a multitude of autoimmune diseases and it really helps. I don't feel spacey or drugged or changed in any way. Just happier with more energy. Give it a good couple of weeks at least to see change.
