I actually use these for the bottom of my lower back....they are good and the heat lasts all day.... I found them uncomfortable, when placed across my neck area (as suggested use) - they didn't seem to stick for long here... But I definitely recommend them for lower back pain.

I purchased a box of heat pads for myself and one for my daughter.i suffer from arthritis and this gave me a lot of relief and it stayed warm for hours and hours.My daughter is also extremely pleased with hers and uses it on a painful shoulder.All in all an excellent product at a very reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone and I will certainly be buying again from this company.

Heats up fast. Offers mild pain relief. Easy to use. Adhesion does not last as you move around. Does not last 8 hours. 5 hours max.

I've been using heat patches made by other manufacturers for years but have been impressed by these ones. The adhesive goes across the entire patch (not just a tiny area on the flappy bits) which means this will actually stick to your clothes all day long. Size works well for me (I'm a UK size 12) and they do stay warm for the advertised 8 hours (though not much beyond that).I used these on a recent two-day motorbike trip and where my shoulders would normally get really painful with tension after a few hours' riding, these kept me pain-free! 👍
