Great for skin and hair
These are excellent. The condition of my hair and skin has vastly improved and people have noticed. I’m 39, a woman in good health but had noticed my hair was looking a little lacklustre in 2020. In one bottle there has been a big difference to length and texture of my hair, quite unbelievable! So a great product. 4 and not 5 stars because I haven’t noticed an improvement in my nails and when I’ve come to buy more the price has gone up.

Helped to grow my hair very long
Been taking these on and off for a year after cutting my hair in to a bob, it’s now over half way down my back, they have really helped my hair to grow long. Definitely recommend.

Your hair grows when you take them with hair skin nails smells taste like vomit
Taste like baby sick. Parmesan cheese silky. But my hubby runs in bedroom when I eat them. My hair grew thick no hairless. It stopped I used vitabiotics skin tablets and 3 of these stopped. I also use Dr shampoo.hair grows fast even leg hair is bushy. I'm happy. Hair grows fast take with the skin caps version.

Work really well
These are brilliant. My hair and nails plus skin have improved. I have a dry itchy scalp and it's not as itchy. My nails are pure white now. Just ordered more as they are on offer. They are 23pd in Holland and Barrett.
