Hold up with heavy use.
We have these mounted in our pool showers. They are great! Easy to use and refill with the wide mouth. The only thing I tend to have to replace is the tops. They can crack when dropped. But other than a few tops, they have lasted for years with heavy use! I have tried other brands, but these are the best. They are well designed and sleek looking. I have also used the singles during covid for hand sanitizer, and were perfect.

This is worth the price
Listen, I like SimpleHuman the way I like Oxo. You can buy similar items for less, but what about the quality? How long do you want it to last? How much pleasure will be derived from using a quality product over something lesser?I read enough reviews to know what made this dispenser stand out from the competition, and made a mental note of the occasional reviewer nit (mainly that the individual dispensers jiggle a little). The upshot is, this dispenser is built like a tank and uses high-quality materials and incorporates excellent design. I love the looks and functionality. Upon opening the box, I knew I had made the right choice. Now here's the funny thing: SH touts the 3M adhesive and ease of installation, yet in the instructions the user is warned that screwing the dispenser into the wall is highly recommended. And considering the weight of the dispenser itself, plus 40 or so ounces of product I think a buyer would sooner or later regret not using screws and anchors. The really ironic thing is that screws are not included (perhaps for liability?) All of this means extra effort and with tile or a similar surface, a special drill bit and anchors and a healthy bit of persistence. But I'm telling you, it's worth it. My dispenser is rock-solid and all things considered should last for many, many years. As for the individual dispensers jiggling, that's something slightly noticeable when they are empty, but not when they are full.

Poor Design Leads to Dispenser Falling Out and Breaking
I have used these dispensers in my short term rental properties for a few years. I think I've purchased at least 4-5 sets. The issue I am having with them is that the individual dispensers are easily pushed up and out of the holes they hang in, and they do not lock in place. The manufacturer of this product needs to improve the design so that the individual pumps do not pop out of place so easily. This is an easy enhancement, and would prevent these from falling and breaking so often. The lids that you put on top of each dispenser is also poorly designed. The lid only has a small rubber lip that holds it in place when you push it on the top of the dispenser. The lids do not securely stay on the dispensers in a shower environment. Small amounts of humidity or soap will cause the rubber lip on the lids to gradually slide up and off the dispenser. Then the lids break on the tile floor and we're back to buying more parts.I will no longer be purchasing these dispensers because it is becoming an ongoing cost. There are mounts that hold actual bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap, and those don't pop out of place and break. Simplehuman normally has outstanding products, but this is not one of them. I don't normally write bad reviews, but people need to know.

Just like in a hotel's shower
I've had these installed for several months now. They function very well and make it easy to dispense body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The only downfall... the small o-ring seals for the top of the containers are flimsy and can prevent the tops from sealing properly. I just removed them completely as the dispenser is not in direct contact with a water source. Very happy with these dispensers. Definitely would recommend them

Awesome shower pump, just attach it to the wall using a carbide drill bit and 3 screws.
This is the second Simplehuman Triple Shower Pump I've purchased/installed in a bathroom. The product itself is great, the pull motion to dispense is solid and reliable. It's stylish as a mofo. However, the only words of wisdom I can depart are to drill the 3 holes into your shower wall to attach it securely. I read multiple reviews recommending the use of industrial exterior waterproof velcro, and while it worked for them, it definitely did not work for me. Disclaimer: I'm a huge fan of double-sided tape, rail tape, and velcro in general, but in a shower setting where there is extreme moisture, heat, and a few pounds of constant downforce after the 3 containers are fully filled, it's only a matter of time before the stickiness from the tape fails and the whole thing comes crashing down. It's always a 5-star review until it isn't.In my case, I secured the velcro forcefully to the backplate using all my muscles, pressed firmly, and let it adhere to the subway tile for over an hour before I filled up all containers and attached them to the backplate. However, the velcro managed to detach slowly from the tile in less than 24 hours after I finished filling up each of the 3 containers. Luckily, I caught it before the unit completed detached from the wall and shattered into a million pieces on the shower floor. After screaming M**therf*cker!! I removed the velcro from the backplate, marked the same location on the shower wall, and drilled 3 holes (use a carbide drill bit for tile). It's not a fun process but 3 screws will never eventually fail like an adhesive. In summary, the shower pump is awesome but there is a tiny bit of lateral give to each individual container after it's secured (which isn't a dealbreaker). I am considering buying this again for another bathroom, but I'll cut the bs and just drill into the wall from the get-go. Peace.
