Hard to find flavor, but is perfect for my recipe
I have an old recipe that calls for this, and I haven't been able to find it in grocery stores the last few years. It's a bit pricey, but likely due to supply and demand. Wish this apricot flavor could be found in more places!

Great flavor Great Hydration
Love the apricot flavor. I use it for hydration. When I get dehydrated, I put it in 8 ounces of chilled water and stir.

A special holiday dessert wouldn't be the same without Apricot Jell-O. Brand name stores stopped selling it many years ago. Apricot Jell-O has a mildly sweet taste and mix it with pecans and sweetened condensed milk. It is a delight. The seller has always kept the Apricot Jell-O very reasonably priced so I can continue a family tradition.
