Very easily. The seat and the back are each made in one piece, then there are 3 sets of legs already made up. It's just a matter of putting it together with the plastic bolts. I assembled mine in 20 minutes, on my own.

Could do with sides on it it’s a bit low when you put it together, not too bad to assemble

Q: Does this bench come fully assembled, if not, realistically how how hard is it to assemble for a dummy like me? And by one (clueless idiot) person?

I don't think it could be made any simpler... Just DO NOT overturn the screws - they are made of plastic. Just turn them until you get a medium tight fit. As the bench settles in you can then re-tighten the screws to the medium tight fit - or only slightly more - as necessary.

Well it takes the weight of two ten stone people, and there is room for a third. The seat has legs in the middle for stability. This is our second bench as we have had one for a couple of years and are very pleased with it. Strong with no maintenance.
