Customer Service is Incredibly Excellent!
Update. Heavy winds recently caused major damage to 6 of the poles and one of the 3 corner galvanized steel support beams. Had to take the entire thing apart just to see what poles needed to be replaced and if the canopy was ripped or torn. To my amazement the canopy was undamaged and still strong after 2 years of sun and winds. I knew the 10X20 was no longer under any warranty but I contacted Quictent. As before, the customer service was more than excellent. Within a few days we had replacement parts on our doorstep. I couldn't believe the speed, accuracy and cost of the shipment. Summer, at Quictent, was so kind and helpful! The BEST customer service anywhere! We will spend a couple hours putting up the canopy this week. And I can confidently know that if winds cause a problem again I can always rely on the excellent customer service. Quictent has a return customer for sure.Previous Review: We purchased the 10X20 Heavy Duty Galvanized Quictent for our old boat as boat covers always wore out so quickly. The unit went up quite easily. The directions only had pictures so it did take 2 older people a couple hours to set up. Everything went great for 6 months. However, we had a strong wind as the aftermath of Hurricane Debbie reached our area. I had not put the sandbags in place and should have... The wind carried away the tent but we were able to catch it (with the help of my granddaughter), lowered it to the ground and found that 2 of the poles were badly bent. I know the wind was too much for the carport to survive, but it did. The news said we had 35 mile an hour winds that day. I contacted Quictent's customer service and Betty was as good a customer service agent as you can get. I knew there were no warranties due to weather so I was expecting the worst. Betty handled everything within a couple days and Quictent is sending us 2 new poles at no cost. This shocked me as I knew it was not under warranty and who gives this kind of service these days!?? I will not hesitate to purchase from them again so even though it blew away temporarily, it was NOT the fault of company. I'm going to attach the sandbags to the 6 poles along with the tent stakes when we get it back up. Thanks Quictent!

Good canopy at a good price
This canopy is well designed and sturdy. The instructions are mostly illustration but easy to follow with a little common sense and a 'take your time' attitude. I did ask an extra person to help raise the canopy in order to put the leg polls under it, and it definitely helps to have two people for stretching and fastening the tarp. I suggest fastening one end and then moving along with one person on each side fastening side the bungie cords one at a time to make sure you get the same gap on either side. Otherwise, the bungie cords will pull the tarp off center, and you end up with a wide gap on one side and a very narrow one on the other. My canopy came with a set of four black weight bags even though the add says they're not included, and it came with two sets of gloves to protect our hands while setting it up. I'm very pleased with this canopy overall and do recommend it.Update after 8 months: This canopy has withstood several very heavy rains and winds as high as 40mph! I do suggest using the tie-downs for areas with strong winds. The only issue I've had is that the bungee ball straps stretched out. This caused the canopy to sag and to flop about a lot during high winds. I was afraid this would cause excess wear on the tarp so, I contacted the manufacturer (via Amazon messaging service for vendors) and asked them what size bungee ball straps I needed. Betty, from their customer service dept. was very helpful and sent me a new set free of charge. That was a nice surprise, especially since the old straps simply stretched from normal wear. My experience with their customer service assures me that I made a great choice in purchasing my canopy from Quictent - that, and the fact that it's held up so well.

Sor far so good
Easy to put up by myself in 2-3 hours: the written instructions are not that clear, but the drawings are good, and all the parts are individually labeled. The steel frame seems of decent quality for the price point- not sure about the "Heavy Duty" part. The included tent pegs and anchors are useful for installation, but too flimsy as a permanent solution. I added these excellent anchors: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CPHP53HX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1.Projected durability/longevity: unknown, but my previous much flimsier carport made it through almost a decade.
