Lotus Root 600g, Korean 연근 蓮根

I'm ordering this again. Mine did not have mold. It might be that I live in Arizona. If this new bag has mold, I will send it back. But I've had mine for quite a few months, opening and closing the bag, and it was properly dried. I did find that if I rinse it before adding to the soup it's a better flavor.

I kept the product sealed and in a cool cupboard. I went to make tea this morning and most of the product has mold.
