The worst thing about this item is that I can't stop petting it. I love the heavy weight of this item and the fur is soft and snuggly. The ears, in particular, are compelling to rub. My only complaint (aside from feeling the need to constantly have this dog on my lap) is that while the weight is distributed into sections throughout the blanket, the heaviest parts are the legs/feet. Couple that with the difficulty to get the insert out to go in the microwave, I may end up adding a separate insert to go just in the middle that can be easily microwaved for warmth. When warmed up, it does heat up well. The color and design are exactly as expected. I do love how the functionality of the lap blanket means it can hang out pretty much anywhere (on my shoulder right now). I am definitely pleased with this purchase.

My son loves this! It's soft, durable, and perfectly weighted for a sturdy 5 year old. It holds together nicely after washing, though it is slightly annoying to re-tie all the ties on the inside to keep the cover and weighted part together.

My son uses this. We use it as a calming tool when he is hyper active. We put the toy on his lap while sitting or on his body while sleeping. It helps a lot to keep him calm and relaxed.

All the children wanted it, even the 12 year old boy snatched it away from the 3 year old lol. Soft, cute and just weighty enough.

i love this dog, it is so nice i love that it is weighted and you can heat it up or cool it in the freezer. The quality is great and it is comfortable, the size is perfect and and the warmth is great.

The weighted cuddled dog has been a game changer for my 5-year-old who has struggled with sleep for years as it is warm, soft, the perfect snuggly size, and has helped her fall asleep faster, stay asleep through the night, and sleep longer than ever before.

My son has sensory issues and he is my Velcro baby. He had to have me in the room while he fell asleep when we transferred him to his own room and it went on for months. My husband and I ended up using a package of wipes wrapped in a towel and put it on his back while he slept and it would trick him into thinking we were still there. Getting this for my son was a great idea. He will carry it around and put it on himself when he wants to have that pressure and my husband and I aren't able to give it to him. The weight I feel is perfect and it kind of drapes over his body so even though it's a few pounds it's not all sitting on him.

Great product for any child that has sensory issues and needs calming. It is soft and cuddly and not too heavy for any child to be able to cuddle with it and have the calming effect. My grandson loves it!
