okay so i now have this bookmarked to buy as a gift for anyone in my life (mom, sisters, MIL, etc.) i bought it originally for myself bc i wanted a robe that was a robe material inside but like sweatshirt material outside and THIS IS IT. i'm 5'10 and it hits the back of my knees in length. the pockets are amazing. love it. just buy it.

I've been looking high and low for a warm dressing gown that has buttons, and could never find one. So I caved in and got this, because I really did need *something*.Well, I'm happy I did. This robe is heavy, which I like, and very soft and cozy. It's warm, although it could be warmer and I'd be happy, but then my house tend to be cold. There is no inner string but I find that the belt is "grippy" enough that it doesn't open up if you make a simple loop knot like you would on your shoes. It could be an inch or two lower, though, but then I'm tall so that's a common issue.Note that this is NOT a shower robe, it WON'T absorb water so you'll need to dry up before putting it on.At 5'11", it reaches just under my knees and the sleeves are plenty long enough for my monkey arms, even with a cuff.

Love this robe! The bougainvillea color (purple-pink color) is beautiful. When I bought this the bougainvillea and cream were the only ones that were solid in color, unlike the other ones which were heather; I think that makes it more elegant looking but still casual at the same time.It is so comfortable I didn't want to take it off the first time I tried it on. It is completely lined on the inside with really soft fabric including the pockets, which feels amazing against your skin. As someone who is shorter (5'3") I like that is a high-low design because it's long enough to cover me and keep my legs warm, but the not too long in the front where I feel like I'm tripping over it. I think the length will work for taller and shorter people.I got a medium which fits great. I've lost some weight since I bought it but it still fits wonderfully. The shoulder seems hang just slightly off my shoulder, but I like how that looks and I think the small would be too tight and I couldn't wear bulkier pajamas under it.I'm 5'3", about 150 lbs (in the pictures) 143 lbs now, 34 DD, and size 6/medium for most things.Sorry for the picture orientation.
