Wear Regularly, Comfortable, Every Inch Counts, Some Tips (Buy shoe size larger)
I ordered the large and then had to trim down and there are markings/cut lines at the top of the pad to show where you trim if you need size 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, etc. Can use regular scissors.I am about 5'7" and 200lbs. I originally planned to put them in a desert shoe but found it was a tight fit with these in. So I purchase a size 10.5 chukka boot a week ago and put them in and the fit is good and comfortable. I have worn those boots twice to work, in them all day, and found the pads very comfortable to walk around in. I would say more comfortable than without the pads. It's not that without the pads the shoes were uncomfortable but you do feel that extra padding cushioning your feet. Also, at 1" its not a high enough raise that you feel you are walking in a man version of heels. The negative is neither does it feel like I am significantly standing any taller. Maybe it's all in the head. Either way, I figure any boost counts even if it does not feel like a major boost, especially considering the price and the cushiony comfort . . . if cushiony is a world. Not a miracle result but overall, feel its a solid value and would buy again. In fact I am thinking of buying another pair of my same desert shoe but in size 10.5 to put these in.

Perfect
If you get an insole that's any bigger than 1", it won't be comfortable, it probably won't even fit (your heels are gonna be popping out of your shoe), and it'll look unnatural (like you got too long of legs). This insole is perfect. Gives you a little height, is comfortable, and really helps me straighten my back since I usually walk with bad posture.

Does not fit in my shoes, very uncomfortable
First of all, size 10-14 does not work, even we cut the length right the width will not be right, not even mention how difficult to cut it in the first place, I broke my pair of scissor by cutting it. After cutting it, guess what, width does not match, I have to cut on the side too, but now the insole looks like crap due to too much cutting here and there, and it will be easier to be worn out. It is very uncomfortable too, probably the most uncomfortable insole ever, it's like stepping on a cheap plastic, solid firm!

The top is also reasonably comfortable and fine for light to medium use
These insoles are actually very impressive as lifts. They market a 1 inch lift, and unlike many other products, they deliver very close to that. If you have a leg length discrepancy and need a certain amount guaranteed to compensate, these will provide roughly one inch, as promised, as basically a shoe-shaped flat wedge that starts at zero and goes up to 1 inch. The top is also reasonably comfortable and fine for light to medium use.The main negatives is that they fit very tight (the directions to modify them to fit your shoe are less an option and more a requirement) and they provide no arch support (which you may or may not need). With that said, they weren't claiming to provide arch support. Overall, compared to other height compensation products, these deliver.

No arch support
These shoe lifts are made from good materials and looked really good. After cutting them, inserting them into my shoe, I immediately noticed they slope down toward my toes too quickly and there is no arch support. My foot wants to slide down toward the front of my shoe. I won’t be buying these again

Sturdy and Comfortable
Cut lines accurately guided me to easy customization. They fit well and stay put in my dress shoes, casual shoes, sneakers and even my slippers. They do not cause discomfort in my toes due to my foot slipping forward. If they were any thicker, I do not think they would work with regular shoes. I am only using one to correct a short leg/bad back. I am standing straighter and walking more now. I have made two purchases of these. They seem to be holding up well. I plan to buy more. I am happy with these. I wish I could buy just the left ones.

Inelegant and slips around.
These things will slip around in your shoe unless you somehow cut them perfectly right. I couldn't. The lines on the shoe that mark what you're meant to cut off for your shoe size were inaccurate for my shoes. They were uncomfortable too. They did the job, but I would spend more money for a higher quality option if I were looking for lifts again.
