I only wish I could buy these, my favorite size, at Costco without having to buy the assortment. Since I can't, I'll continue to buy these great tasting, good value penne noodles here. Note: the cooking time is truly al dente - some might want to add a minute.

I have made a simple pasta dish with Garofalo Spaghetti, lemon juice, garlic, broccoli, and Parmesan cheese. In a simple dish like this the taste of the pasta matters. 5 Stars and above.

I was a bit hesitant buying pasta from Amazon, but I couldn't find Ziti at my market. I was so happy. This Italian-made pasta is fresh, delicious and a great price.

Best gluten free pasta I have ever had!!!

I have a few pastas types from this brand and they are all great, excellent and delicious flavor and texture. You can not go wrong with this brand of italian pasta. Very happy that Amazon carries them all.
