No more freezing hands
This worked great and is a quality build. Goung to buy the motor next year. But even with the crank it was faste, easier and better than mixing in a tub by hand. We ran 150lb of meat that day and this cut the time by a third.Some tips -1. clamp it down to the table if you are using the hand crank.2. Reverse every now and then to turn over the meat

Worth the $
I have been using a weston 44lb that would skip the track and was a pain to disassemble to clean. This thing is great and easy to clean. Love the tilt it just dumps it our for you. I used a #22 lem on it with no problem.

Cheap
For the price the item was cheap. Holes on 1 foot didn't line up, the threads were cross threaded. Also, the crank mechanism was so sloppy it would never hold up. Don't waste your money we had a 20 lb off brand was better than this for 179.00for years. Had to return it.
